Cheryl Henley, CPM^®, is a Regional Manager with Legend Management Group. Cheryl began her career with Legend Management Group in June, 2000, as a Property Manager and has over 27 years of “all-’round” experience in the multifamily industry from Leasing Professional to her current position. Cheryl is responsible for all physical and financial oversight for her portfolio. She benefits from a variety of experience working with both urban and suburban assets, including conventional, tax credit and new construction communities throughout her career. Among the many things that set her apart, Cheryl has successfully managed several new lease-ups and has previously earned the regional Fastest Pace Lease-Up awarded by NHB. Cheryl is regarded for her no-nonsense approach, ability to remedy difficult situations into a win-win for management and the customer, team building and employee development. She is passionate about her work and believes success starts with strong leadership and teamwork.
