Liza Myers is Treasurer of Legend Management Group. She is responsible for managing the company’s cash and banking relationships, and works with the Controller on financial and tax reporting for the company. Her role also includes risk management and insurance administration. Liza joined Legend in 1990 as a Senior Accountant and was promoted to Assistant Controller and then Controller in 1995.  In her role as Controller, she developed policies, procedures and internal controls for our growing company as well as managed several software conversions. Liza has over 20 years of experience as a financial accountant in the real estate industry. Prior to joining Legend, she was the Accounting Manager for Silverwood Management, Inc. and was the Assistant Controller for Rouse Urban Housing in Philadelphia.   She also worked in the public accounting sector as an auditor and tax accountant. Liza is a CPA and a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania. She is a member of the Northern Virginia Society of CPA’s and the Virginia Society of Tax and Accounting Professionals.
