Legendary since 2020

Rick joined Legend Management Group in October of 2020 as the Vice President of Operations. In his 25-plus years in the property management industry, he has extensive experience in new construction, lease-ups, acquisitions, renovations, and repositions. Rick started his career with Lincoln Property Company and spent time in each position on site as well as within the IT department. As a Regional Property Manager with Lincoln, he covered assets from Boston to Virginia in all multi-family asset classes. He joined HOME Properties as Regional Vice President in 2004 where he handled as many as 14,000 units, 30+ properties and a team of six RPM’s. 

Rick has earned his CPM® designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and enjoys being involved with other industry organizations including PMA and NAA. He has previously served on the Advisory Board for RPM Program within the School of Real Estate at Virginia Tech. Rick has a Bachelor of Arts in Interpersonal Communication from George Mason University.
