Puneeta joined the Legend team in August 2015 and comes to us with a vast knowledge of Information Technology, Systems Administration and Technical Training. She has over 30 years’ experience working as Manager of IT Training, Director of Training & Development and Director of State Services. She has proficiency in Change Management, Communications, Project Management and Process Improvement Techniques. Puneeta comes to Legend with international exposure and after most recently working at The World Bank.

Puneeta currently works as a Business Process Manager, where her areas of concentration are all the processes and workflows within all the software systems that Legend uses. She is also involved with Process Improvement and Development within the Legend Team, and it is her responsibility to ensure that all business processes are consistent and replicable to Legend’s speedy growth.  She has process improvement at the crux of everything she does.

Puneeta earned an MBA in Marketing and a Master’s Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University, Washington DC.
