Ruth Eisenhauer is President of Legend Management Group.  In her 23-plus years with Legend and affiliated companies, she has held positions in finance, asset management and operations.  She has led the company’s growth and put in place best practices for the company to be continually recognized nationally for Resident Satisfaction.  Prior to joining an affiliated company, NVProperties, in 1990 as the asset manager, Ruth was with Trammel Crow Residential in the Virginia office, Jacques-Miller, Inc., a real estate syndicator in Nashville, Tennessee, and First American Corporation, where she created a program to analyze bank acquisitions.

Memberships include the NAHB Multifamily Leadership Board and the Advisory Committee of the National Multifamily Housing Council.  She has a Bachelor of Science in economics from Centre College of Kentucky and a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler Business School.
